As a lead software development professional, you will drive end-to-end delivery of SAP-based solutions, coordinating internal teams and outsourced partners to meet scope, quality, and timelines. You’ll align solutions with the enterprise architecture and technology roadmap while ensuring governance, training, and compliance. You’ll tackle quality metrics and change management, collaborating with stakeholders across six countries to shape the digital backbone of a sustainability-focused organisation. • Lead and coordinate software development efforts across SAP ABAP and SAP UI5 environments
• Define and enforce QA standards, procedures, and controls for business applications
• Monitor quality, audit activities, and ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards
• Oversee change management planning, scheduling, and minimising business disruption
• Analyse quality metrics and operational data to identify improvements and resolve issues




• Collaborate with Service Desk to investigate incidents and implement sustainable solutions
• Ensure alignment of solutions with architecture and technology roadmap
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise development activities

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in a similar role with SAP software development experience
• SAP ABAP, SAP UI5, SDLC management, QA, software architecture principles
• Experience managing outsourced teams, project management, and change management
• Fluent in English and Spanish; willing to travel; proven leadership of technical teams
