In this role, you govern and evolve the IT control framework in collaboration with process owners and the CISO to embed risk-based controls in daily IT work. You translate regulatory and customer requirements into practical controls and own high‑risk, audit‑heavy processes. You coordinate IT audits, support remediation, and maintain a transparent IT service catalog. You coach process and service owners to boost consistency, efficiency, and control execution. Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in IT process management, IT governance, risk, or compliance in complex IT environments
• Hands-on experience with operational IT processes and control frameworks in an agile context
• Strong judgment balancing compliance, efficiency, and delivery speed
• Trusted advisor mindset: able to coach, influence, and align without relying on hierarchy
• Comfortable working with engineers, architects, management, and auditors
• Professional working proficiency in English
