Experteer Overview
As Sr Project Manager, Solution Delivery, you will lead large, multi-client engagements and shape delivery across both technical and business domains. You will build trusted advisor relationships with clients and implementation partners while guiding scope, timelines, and budgets. You’ll drive project governance, PMO adherence, and risk management to ensure successful, on-time, within-scope outcomes. This role offers you the chance to influence complex SAP-driven implementations and expansions of consulting services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible business impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently
• Lead onsite implementation projects and define deliverables, milestones, and standards
• Scope, estimate, and identify consulting resources for engagements
• Identify and close new service opportunities with clients
• Maintain project plans, performance metrics,



and financials
• Handle SOW/contract requirements and change requests
• Ensure PMO processes and DM Manual adherence
• Mentor junior project managers and delivery managers
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with client and partner stakeholders
• Escalate and manage project issues, risks, scope, budgets, and client expectations

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years SAP project management experience
• Experience managing complex and fixed-price SAP projects
• SD, Order to Cash u0026 Finance domain experience
• Multiple SAP full lifecycle implementations
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Willingness to travel
