In this role you will lead the SG u0026amp; Inspection platform within Westinghouse Field Services, driving resource planning, operational excellence, and strategic growth across global inspection programs. You will manage teams, coordinate with academic and industry partners, and ensure timely, compliant service delivery at nuclear plants. Your work will blend leadership with cross‑functional collaboration to optimize resources and elevate service quality. This position offers exposure to international projects and a chance to influence workforce strategy and standards.

Responsabilidades
• 5 to 10 years in NDT services or similar technical environments
• Experience in nuclear power plants is highly valued
• Proven background in resource planning and allocation management
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and supervisors
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent English required; French a plus
