Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and integrate surface protection solutions for future aircraft and ensure durability of structures. You’ll work with Design Office, Methods, and cross-functional teams to optimize production processes for the A350 fuselage and support ramp-up. As a leader within a Multi-Functional Team, you’ll coordinate programs across Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain, driving process improvements and alignment with Airbus programs. This position involves travel to engage multiple sites and projects.

• Co-design with Design Office and Methods teams to ensure durability and performance
• Lead and coordinate projects as MFT interface between programs, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain

• Implement process improvements to meet increased cadences in protection and painting activities

Responsabilidades
• Proven knowledge of surface protection in aerospace
• Experience in production environment (shop floor) and process industrialization
• Technical knowledge of surface protection (surface treatment, painting, sealants)
• Ability to translate field requirements into process improvements
• Knowledge of composite materials and their interaction with surface protection (plus)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to work effectively in a Multi-Functional Team
• Chemistry competencies (plus)
• Knowledge of the Airbus ecosystem (plus)
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment
