In this role you shape the global PCu0026amp;S vendor landscape, leading vendor strategy, onboarding/offboarding, and governance. You collaborate with PCu0026amp;S leaders to define needs, manage RfIs/RfPs, and ensure compliant, transparent engagements. You’ll align with Procurement and Finance to standardize SLAs, KPIs, and accounting practices, driving value through portfolio optimization and risk-aware decisions. This role offers impact across a global function and the chance to formalize how vendors support people, culture and sustainability at Allianz.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build and maintain a global PCu0026S vendor inventory and taxonomy with spend, contracts, ownership, and performance across markets
• Define and implement a general vendor management strategy aligned to PCu0026S and business needs
• Lead RfI/RfP processes end-to-end, conducting market scans, due diligence, and auditable vendor selections
• Support global Procurement and Legal to ensure robust SLAs, with clear cost, KPIs, privacy, security, and compliance clauses
• Design and operate standardized onboarding/offboarding processes for PCu0026S with controls and risk mitigation
• Establish vendor governance including cadence, QBRs, scorecards, risk management and improvement plans




• Implement benchmarking across cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and risk
• Collaborate with Finance to standardize accounting taxonomy, track spend, and deliver dashboards for spend insights
• Drive vendor rationalization and portfolio optimization in alignment with Allianz procurement policies and PCu0026S governance

Responsabilidades
• Extensive vendor management and global procurement experience
• Experience leading RfIs/RfPs and vendor selection
• Expertise in SLAs/KPIs, governance, and performance scorecards
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, accruals, variance analysis
• Stakeholder management across PCu0026S, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, and Finance
• Process orientation with change management and vendor transition experience
• Excellent communication and collaborative cross-functional approach
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms (advantage)
