As Engineering Manager in a Barcelona-based team, you will lead and grow a high-performing group of engineers to deliver secure software solutions. Responsabilidades




• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Significant software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Excellent managerial and organizational skills
• Proficiency in team management, process improvement, and communication
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Experience leading Windows, Linux, and macOS projects
• Familiarity with C#, C/C++, PowerShell, Angular, Swift
• Understanding of Cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps (Azure, SQL Server, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of distributed systems, API-centric architecture, test automation, and secure development practices
• Experience with digital certificates is a plus
