As Head of Design at Telefónica, you set the vision and quality bar across the design pipeline. You’ll shape a scalable design culture and lead strategic conversations that elevate design’s impact. You drive AI-augmented design practices and build operations that enable 40 designers to work efficiently at scale. This role combines leadership, design excellence, and cross-functional influence to advance the company’s digital transformation goals. You’ll partner across functions to create a future-facing design ecosystem and a vibrant community of designers.

Responsabilidades
• 12+ years of design experience with 5+ years leading teams of 20+ people
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align multidisciplinary teams
• Experience transforming design organizations in startup to corporate settings
• Background in telco, cybersecurity/defense, or regulated industries valued
