In this role you will lead strategic financial management for our Spain and Chile operations, acting as a trusted business partner to drive performance and governance. You will shape financial insight, support strategic initiatives, and push for process improvements and automation in a dynamic international environment. Your work will help scale our global water solutions business while ensuring compliance and strong controls. This is an opportunity to impact growth and financial discipline across borders.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead finance, accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, regulatory compliance for Spain and oversee Chilean entity activities
• Ensure local statutory compliance, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, authorities and advisors while upholding corporate policies
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and management information
• Maintain strong financial controls, risk management, and alignment with IFRS and corporate policies
• Act as strategic partner to local and corporate teams, providing financial insights for decision-making
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of finance processes across locations
• Build and mentor a high-performing Finance team and promote cross-location collaboration




• Ensure business continuity through succession planning and clear accountability
• Communicate risks and mitigation actions timely, supporting corporate initiatives and regulatory requirements
• Participate in strategic projects including integrations, system implementations, and operational excellence initiatives

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in finance, accounting, controlling, and/or audit with month-end close and statutory compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and tax/regulatory requirements; experience in Chile or other European countries is a plus
• Experience with IFRS and applying corporate accounting policies in a multinational setting
• Experience managing treasury, AP, AR, payroll, tax compliance, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience coordinating cross-border finance activities with corporate services and local teams
• ERP implementation or finance transformation experience; IFS knowledge is a plus
• Strong process-improvement, digitalization, and automation capabilities
• Leadership and team-management skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Professional designation (ROAC/CPA) preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus
