At Gracia101 we're looking for a OT Cybersecurity Manager for one of our clients to lead and evolve cybersecurity across industrial environments, with a strong focus on operational technology and critical infrastructure.

This role requires a senior, strategic profile capable of engaging with executive stakeholders while driving the implementation of robust OT cybersecurity frameworks aligned with business priorities.

The position sits at the intersection of OT, IT, and business, with a clear emphasis on OT security governance, architecture, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
OT Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance

- Define and drive the OT cybersecurity strategy across manufacturing and lab environments

- Lead the adoption and implementation of standards such as IEC 62443

- Align cybersecurity initiatives with business, regulatory, and operational requirements

- Conduct risk assessments (incl. BIA-based approaches) and define mitigation strategies

Security Architecture & Industrial Environments

- Design and oversee secure architectures for manufacturing shopfloor systems (SCADA, IC..., etc.)

- Ensure resilience and protection of critical infrastructure, integrating both cyber and physical security aspects

- Support the secure design of plant infrastructure and industrial systems

Stakeholder Management & Business Alignment

-

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality





- Translate cybersecurity risks into business impact and decision-making frameworks

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure adoption of security practices

- Lead OT security initiatives, ensuring delivery, scalability, and continuous improvement

- Monitor emerging threats and adapt security posture accordingly

- Promote a strong cybersecurity culture across industrial environments

Experience

-

- 10–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on OT environments

- Proven experience in manufacturing or regulated industries (ideally pharma, biotech, or similar)

- Track record in defining and implementing OT security strategies, not only execution

- Experience working in complex, international environments

Technical Expertise

-

- Strong knowledge of OT/ICS/SCADA environments

- Deep understanding of xcskxlj IEC 62443 and OT security frameworks

- Experience in industrial infrastructure, network segmentation, and risk management

- Good understanding of IT security (to bridge IT/OT), but OT is the priority

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders

- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels

- Experience leading initiatives and working cross-functionally

- High level of autonomy, ownership, and business orientation

Nice to Have

-

- Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated environments (GxP)

- Experience in general program leadership

- Exposure to digital transformation programs in manufacturing
