Experteer Overview
In this role you act as the top technical authority for threat detection, shaping how Allianz detects and responds to threats across a integral environment. You define the target detection landscape and set detection engineering standards, turning threat intelligence into scalable coverage. You will lead multi-domain detection strategies spanning endpoint, identity, cloud, network, and application security, delivering measurable improvements to the security posture. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on engineering in a fast-moving, enterprise context.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in Detection Engineering, Cyber Defense, Security Monitoring, or Threat Detection in complex enterprises
• Deep SIEM expertise: log management, event correlation, detection logic, data analysis
• Strong understanding of adversary TTPs with hands-on MITRE ATTu0026CK knowledge
• Proven track record in developing, tuning, and maintaining detection content with low false positives
• Experience turning threat intel and hunting results into actionable, scalable detections
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholder influence
• Familiarity with Detection-as-Code, behavioral analytics, automation, and AI-assisted security operations
