Experteer Overview
In this role you translate business needs into clear requirements for the BMP program, enabling agile delivery across Allianz entities. You link business processes to AS-IS/TO-BE models, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while supporting product owners and ensuring traceability from design to release. You’ll facilitate workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to UAT and process improvements. This is a chance to shape digital transformation in a general insurer with a strong AI and analytics focus.

• Gather, analyse, document, and validate business requirements for BMP initiatives
• Translate processes into AS-IS/TO-BE models, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness
• Facilitate requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements across design, development, testing, and release
• Collaborate with development, testing, and architecture teams to clarify requirements
• Contribute to system and user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate,



and improve business processes
• Support continuous improvement of BA practices, templates, and standards

Responsabilidades
• 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis in IT, operations, or insurance
• Experience with requirements engineering: user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, traceability
• Understanding of core insurance domains (Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Payments) or strong motivation to learn
• Experience or interest in insurance platforms (BMP, APL, ABS, Guidewire)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to model business processes
• Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills in global setups
• Interest or affinity for technology and GenAI is a plus
• Strong BA fundamentals: elicitation, documentation, validation, process modeling
• Experience in agile environments (Scrum or SAFe)
• Ability to collaborate across business, operations, and IT teams
