In this Senior Portfolio Analyst role, you will support the CUO Office in shaping and monitoring a large product portfolio across APAC and Europe. You’ll work with actuarial, reserving, finance, and product teams to analyse portfolio health, drive strategy execution, and lead deep-dive analyses. You will influence portfolio construction and long-term goals, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This is a high-energy, cross-border position that offers autonomy, impact, and a path into AXA XL’s broader underwriting and business initiatives.

• Analyse overall health and competitiveness of the product portfolio
• Monitor Portfolio Management Underwriting Strategy execution
• Lead ad-hoc portfolio deep dives with underwriting analytics
• Shape operational goals and long-term portfolio management strategy with product CUOs
• Support financial planning and deliberate portfolio construction strategy
• Review and update ongoing underwriting product strategies
• Drive transversal topics for the CUO Office (e.g., Underwriting Business Reviews, inception dates reporting, country portfolio analysis)




• Lead delivery of strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams (actuarial, data, IT, claims, MO)
• Support in ceded reinsurance renewals and influence reserving valuations

Responsabilidades
• Professional level English; Spanish and/or French a plus
• Strong capacity to learn quickly and handle complex information
• Data-driven approach to define problems, develop strategies, and plan path forward
• Proven track record delivering multi‑team projects
• Ability to manage competing priorities with credibility and transparency
• Clear, principled communication and emotional intelligence for stakeholder engagement
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with uncertainty
• Underwriting experience not mandatory but beneficial
