Experteer Overview
In this role, you own the AI-enabled SDN automation roadmap for Vodafone's transport and transmission networks. You will bridge business, engineering and data teams to maximize value from Agile development, driving scalable AI-driven automation solutions. You translate needs into actionable user stories and manage stakeholder alignment to deliver impactful use cases like assurance, optimization and anomaly detection. You’ll shape the product vision and release scope, working across cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation in a global telco environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and own the AI/GenAI SDN automation product vision, roadmap, epics and release scope
• Prioritise and manage the backlog aligning with business priorities and capacity
• Translate needs into clear user stories, features and backlog items
• Lead stakeholder engagement across product, engineering and leadership teams




• Drive use case definition and value realisation for AI-enabled automation

Responsabilidades
• Strong Agile methodologies (Scrum) and product ownership experience
• Solid knowledge of SDN and transport networks in a multi-vendor environment
• AI/GenAI automation experience (LLMs, prompt engineering) and/or related certifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in backlog management, requirements engineering and product lifecycle
• 2-3 years' experience in software development, design, and Agile frameworks
• Knowledge of SDN technologies including REST/RESTCONF/NETCONF and YANG
