As Senior Legal Counsel, you will lead corporate, commercial, and project-development legal matters across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. You’ll structure, negotiate, and close complex energy and infrastructure deals, aligning with project finance requirements and bankability standards. You collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Project Development teams to support scalable, sustainable decarbonization efforts. This role offers global impact within a fast-growing, equity-backed company at the forefront of industrial energy transformation. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Advise on corporate and commercial legal matters including governance and day-to-day support
• Draft, review, and negotiate term sheets, commercial agreements, and client contracts with project finance in mind
• Lead project finance structuring, including financing agreements, security packages, and lender negotiations
• Structure and negotiate long-term strategic partnerships and joint development arrangements
• Negotiate EPC, Ou0026M, supply and related project contracts with subcontractors
• Support energy and clean tech project development across Europe and international markets
• Navigate EU and Australian regulatory frameworks, incentives, grants, and compliance with external specialists
• Coordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions as needed




• Identify legal risks and provide pragmatic business-aligned solutions
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Project Development teams
• Support establishment and lifecycle of subsidiaries and corporate entities across Europe including governance and filings

Responsabilidades
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent); qualified in Spain or another EU jurisdiction
• 10 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house in a multinational environment
• Strong experience in project finance and infrastructure/energy projects
• Familiarity with energy-as-a-service, leasing, and OEM/CapEx business models is a plus
• Proven track record negotiating commercial contracts, term sheets, EPC, Ou0026M, and procurement agreements
• Experience supporting projects involving public funding, grants, incentives, or regulated energy frameworks is desirable
• Background in energy, renewables, or infrastructure sectors preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) including legal drafting and contract negotiation
