In this role, you will manage and support 3D design applications and model environments across the full ADNOC Offshore project lifecycle. You will drive model integrity, cross-discipline integration, and adherence to ADNOC standards, enabling successful Greenfield and Brownfield developments. You’ll work with EPC Contractors and the PMC team to ensure high-quality, coordinated 3D models and data while enabling efficient project delivery and digital engineering workflows. This is an opportunity to shape how complex offshore projects are modeled and delivered.

• Administer and maintain project 3D model environments, databases, and engineering design applications
• Configure and support Smart 3D (S3D), AVEVA E3D, or equivalent 3D modelling platforms
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration across Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil u0026 Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, and HVAC disciplines
• Review EPC Contractor 3D model execution plans, modelling procedures, and project setup for ADNOC compliance
• Ensure model quality, consistency, and compliance through audits and quality checks
• Support clash detection, model validation, and design coordination using Navisworks or equivalent software
• Coordinate model reviews with ADNOC, PMC, EPC Contractors, and stakeholders
• Support Brownfield engineering by integrating laser scan/point cloud data into the project model
• Verify existing facility information and support tie-in and interface engineering for Brownfield work
• Maintain engineering databases, reference catalogues, specifications,



and component libraries
• Support extraction of engineering deliverables including layouts, isometrics, MTOs, and model reports
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to engineering users
• Coordinate software upgrades, patches, and project database maintenance
• Ensure compliance with document control, data management, and information security requirements
• Participate in model reviews, constructability reviews, HAZOP/HAZID, and design coordination meetings
• Support construction, fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project close-out activities
• Ensure accurate transfer of final As-Built model and project databases at project completion

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in relevant engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical with 5+ years GCC region experience (preferred)
• 3+ years in a similar role on major Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical projects
• 12+ years in Engineering Design Systems, 3D Modelling Applications, or Engineering Information Management in Oil u0026 Gas
• 5+ years supporting Smart 3D, AVEVA E3D, PDMS, or equivalent 3D platforms
• 5+ years in a Senior 3D Model Application Engineer role on offshore EPC/PMC projects
• Experience in Greenfield and Brownfield offshore developments
• ADNOC Offshore project experience required
• Strong 3D Engineering Application Administration and Multi-discipline coordination skills
• Engineering Data Management, Model Federation and Integration, Clash Detection, and Point Cloud Integration
