Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Barcelona leads production infrastructure operations within a measurable, performance-driven environment. You own incidents end-to-end, drive reliability, and push continuous improvement with automation and AI-driven capabilities. You work with cross-functional teams to meet non-functional requirements and safeguard security and governance. This role offers impact at a global scale in a fast-paced, on-call setting with opportunities to shape operational excellence.

• Operate and manage global production infrastructure for high availability, reliability, and performance of customer-facing services
• Own incidents end-to-end with rapid resolution and clear stakeholder communication
• Improve SLA adherence, MTTR, and operational KPIs within a measurable operations framework
• Troubleshoot cross-platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability; drive operational excellence
• Identify and implement automation opportunities (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling)
• Contribute to AI-assisted operations (AIOps), predictive alerting, and intelligent automation
• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Security to meet availability, performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Ensure compliance with governance and security standards (ISO 27001 controls)




• Maintain documentation and runbooks for operational readiness and knowledge sharing
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for escalations

Responsabilidades
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure/platform operations
• Strong experience with on-premise enterprise infrastructure
• Experience in measurable operations environments (SLAs, KPIs, incident management)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong troubleshooting across Linux/Windows, virtualization, containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Scripting or programming experience (Python, Bash)
• Exposure to AI/automation tooling in operations
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing)
• Experience in ITIL or SRE-based operational models
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Relevant certifications (cloud, infrastructure, or automation) are a plus
