Experteer Overview
In this role, you own data products supporting Health Services, ensuring they align with business and analytics needs. You work with Agile teams to translate requirements into a prioritized backlog and enable secure, governed data access for exploration, reporting, and AI. You steward Critical Data Elements (CDEs) from definition to retirement, embedding them into trusted analytics and AI-ready data products. This position offers opportunities to influence data governance, quality, and scalable data solutions across Health Services.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and manage data products for Health Services, aligned to objectives and analytical needs
• Translate business requirements into a prioritized backlog aligned with roadmaps
• Ensure data products enable secure, governed data access for exploration, reporting, and insights
• Maintain and prioritize the data-related backlog using Agile practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies and drive delivery quality and value
• Identify, steward, and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) end-to-end
• Partner with data owners, governance, and technical teams to review CDEs and resolve quality issues
• Embed CDEs within data products to support trusted analytics, reporting, and AI use cases
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, data governance, and delivery teams
• Communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and value delivered
• Embed data governance, privacy, and quality into all data products
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable, resilient data solutions
• Support adoption of enterprise standards for data cataloging, quality monitoring, and lineage
• Deliver high-impact data products and drive stakeholder adoption and data quality improvements
Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of data management, analytics, reporting platforms, and AI concepts
• Experience in Agile environments with backlog management and Jira
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data product requirements
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and data quality, including CDE concepts
• Experience with data exploration, analysis, and visualization tools
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience with training related to data fluency, Agile product management, or GenAI is a plus
