Experteer Overview
In this role you will steward Freightos’ global payments pipeline, using AI-powered automation to streamline financial data flows and scale credit programs. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Product and Tech to design intelligent solutions and track performance metrics that drive a seamless, secure payments experience. The position focuses on automating AR/AP processes, managing credit risk, and accelerating partner onboarding to support integral growth. This is a chance to shape how payments scale in a multi‑partner ecosystem with a data‑driven culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Map and optimize AR, AP, and reconciliation workflows to boost efficiency and automation
• Co-design and deploy AI-driven automation with Finance, Product and Technology teams
• Define and report key metrics to monitor payment operations performance
• Own end-to-end credit processes from underwriting to portfolio management
• Build automated monitoring tools for credit and fraud risk and alert stakeholders




• Streamline onboarding and cross-partner workflows for new payment programs
• Audit and monitor multi-channel fintech data streams and resolve settlement discrepancies

Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of operational analysis experience in Finance or Payments
• Experience with AI tools to automate tasks and optimize workflows
• Strong ability to build internal cross-functional relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver results
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• College degree in a related field (preferred)
• Understanding of credit risk (preferred)
• Experience with complex data stream reconciliation (preferred)
