Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead project controls for significant oil u0026amp; gas or petrochemical projects, ensuring schedules and costs align with the project plan. You partner with the Project Control Manager to deliver on safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets. You develop integrated schedules, monitor performance, and advise on earned value and cost control methods. This role sits at the core of governance and continuous improvement within a cross-functional project team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain baseline schedule and monitor performance with change control, risk management and earned value guidance
• Advise on planning techniques including earned value, schedule variance, EAC, critical path analysis
• Support program integration, formats, plan optimization and project controls best practices
• Contribute to definition of Project Controls policies, procedures and standards
• Develop integrated project schedules reflecting multi-contractor interfaces and milestone dates
• Ensure contract, procurement, planning and scheduling align with company requirements
• Support PCM on contractual/Commercial issues to protect company interests
• Coordinate internal/external project reviews and deliver progress reports
• Ensure deliverables are produced and flagged to PCM; manage baseline approvals
• Create reports on progress, actuals,



forecast and variances to align with reporting calendar
• Promote consistent project controls processes across the project; govern across multiple parties
• Guide baseline schedule reviews for contract compliance and overall project timing
• Oversee progress certification and invoice payments under the contract
• Ensure milestone completion certificates are generated and archived
• Develop and improve project control procedures and tooling
• Advocate for project control principles to enhance project operations and culture
• Collaborate with Senior Project Manager and discipline leads to maximize project potential
• Lead reviews to assess slippage, concerns and forecasts

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent; 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical
• At least 5 years in a similar leadership role on major projects
• Experience with ADNOC and offshore projects is required; offshore experience preferred
• 15+ years in project planning, scheduling and cost control in oil u0026 gas with previous team leadership
• Professional Certifications: PMP or CCP preferred but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of schedule, cost and risk analysis tools; knowledge of oil u0026 gas domain
