Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive Delivery Management experience (Program Manager, Solution Train Engineer, Agile Coach) on large, complex programs
• Proven Agile leadership and organizational change management across product lines or domains
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-boundary collaboration
• Strategic business and technical acumen with market awareness
• Advanced analytical skills to evaluate options and navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities for mentoring teams
