As a Business Development Executive, you will drive net new revenue for Avanade in the Financial Services u0026amp; Insurance sector, focusing on digital transformation, cloud, data, and AI solutions. You will build and manage strategic client relationships, identify high-potential deals, and collaborate with partners to position industry-ready offerings. This role centers on shaping opportunities across banking, insurance, capital markets, and payments, delivering growth through trusted advisor partnerships. • Focus on FSI clients, including banking, insurance, capital markets, and payments.
• Identify high-potential transformation deals across digital banking, insurance modernization, payments, risk, compliance, and AI-driven operating models.
• Drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting and developing strategic client relationships.




• Collaborate with Microsoft and other strategic partners to originate opportunities and position Avanade's solutions.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline with proposals, statements of work, negotiations, and contracts.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to generate referrals and new opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of FSI market trends, regulatory pressures, competitive offerings, and technology priorities.

Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in net new sales and winning new business in a complex consulting environment.
• Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, business applications, and consulting services.
• Ability to develop strategic relationships with FSI clients and work with partners.
• Comfort in commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Strong market awareness of FSI trends and regulatory context.
