Experteer Overview
As Principal Product Manager, you shape the vision and execution of Rapidminer’s AI capabilities within the AI/DS platform. You partner with senior leadership to align product strategy with the broader platform, coach a high-performing product team, and drive commercial success through go-to-market collaboration. You own roadmaps and collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to deliver measurable business outcomes. You translate complex AI concepts into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences. This role offers scale, cross-functional impact, and a chance to influence AI adoption in enterprise software.

• Define and evolve the vision and strategy for Rapidminer AI products in alignment with platform direction
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team
• Shape go-to-market approaches with marketing, sales, and customers to drive revenue and commercial success
• Create clear product roadmaps and collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams to implement them




• Own product outcomes and support customers through high-impact engagements when needed
• Represent products with internal teams, customers, analysts, and broader audiences in partnership with product marketing
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to refine development frameworks and team practices

Responsabilidades
• Demonstrated product leadership with ability to inspire and grow a team
• Commercially oriented mindset with experience in enterprise software markets
• Deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI; hands-on familiarity with Python in enterprise settings
• Strong grasp of data/AI-focused enterprise software and relevant technologies across data, DSML/AI modeling, operations, and business applications
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into accessible narratives; fluency in English
