Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive outbound sales to Spanish hotel partners, owning the full top-of-funnel process from prospecting to onboarding. You will work closely with stakeholders to accelerate onboarding and maximize conversion, while analyzing market trends to improve performance. The position offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with global impact and opportunities to shape growth in the Spain hotel market.

• Identify and engage high-potential Spanish hotel partners through outbound efforts and market research
• Own the full top-of-funnel sales process from lead generation to onboarding coordination
• Develop discovery and active listening to understand partners' needs and growth opportunities
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with CRM updates and disciplined follow-up
• Lead high-volume outreach and commercial conversations across multiple channels
• Present Trip.com value proposition to drive distribution, visibility, and revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate onboarding and resolve blockers
• Operate with speed, autonomy, and accountability in a market-focused role
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve acquisition performance
• Maintain organized pipeline, negotiations,
and commercial reporting
• Build a strong industry network as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor

Responsabilidades
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR/BDR, account executive, or related fast-paced environments
• Comfort with high-volume commercial interactions across calls, video meetings, and events
• Strong active listening and communication to build trust and identify opportunities
• Excellent pipeline management and organizational skills
• Understanding of hotel industry or hospitality distribution is advantageous
• Proactive, resilient, target-driven, and ownership-minded
• Willingness to learn consultative sales and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with execution and follow-through
• Start-up/scale-up experience appreciated
• Comfort with KPIs and performance metrics
• Legally authorized to work in Spain and/or Portugal
