Experteer Overview
As Senior Principal in Organizational Strategy, you help translate strategy into actionable operating models, structures, and governance for multinational clients. You lead complex transformation work, shape client vision, and guide governance and organizational design to deliver measurable business results. You collaborate across cross-functional teams to manage change, engage senior leaders, and ensure value is embedded in the organization. This role offers impact at scale and opportunities to lead strategic initiatives across industries.

• Develop business and proposals by articulating a compelling transformation vision and grow accounts
• Design and rollout of organizational health checks and diagnostics
• Link leadership, structure, talent, and culture to drive change
• Articulate a compelling case for change and coach leaders to champion it
• Develop change management plans and lead transformation interventions
• Scope and lead transformation efforts using organizational design, analytics, process review, and strategy implementation
• Manage engagement delivery including client satisfaction, scope, quality, and profitability
• Build and lead collaborative, development-focused teams with coaching and growth
• Facilitate workshops with leaders up to Board level to balance needs and decisions
• Serve as relationship manager for large, complex,



possibly multinational clients
• Support translation of strategic direction into organizational constructs and capabilities
• Lead QA/peer review of transformation interventions
• Define and scope solution architecture for transformation opportunities
• Contribute as SME nationally/globally on organizational strategy and transformation

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree or Doctorate (relevant) plus 7–10+ years in consultancy or client HR/OD roles
• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation and strategy implementation in multinational contexts
• Proven sales record of winning new business and expanding accounts in transformation/strategy
• Strong business acumen advising senior executives across industries
• Technical depth in change management, transformation, strategy development/implementation, organizational design
• Experience applying analytics to large-scale interventions
• Financial literacy and ability to manage multi-country workstreams
• Experience across Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or Public Services industries
• Fluency with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with organizational analytics tools like OrgVue or Dynaplan
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
