We're looking for a Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager to join our Operations teams!Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutionsAct as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experienceConduct discovery sessions to understand client payroll, HR, compliance, operational, and business requirementsDevelop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scopeGuide clients through platform configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilizationCollaborate closely with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure successful delivery and seamless handoverSupport integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systemsIdentify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, implementing mitigation plans when neededLeverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, project delivery, and client outcomesContribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practicesWhat Success Looks Like:Delivering high-quality implementations on time and within scopeEnsuring payroll, HR, and EOR processes are configured accurately and compliantlyBuilding trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersDriving operational excellence through scalable processes, automation, and AI-enabled workflowsAchieving high levels of client satisfaction and successful transitions into ongoing service deliveryBenefitsGym on-site or $550 annual reimbursement for gym membership / other fitness activitiesPaternity / Maternity Leave:
