As Principal Product Manager for AI in the Rapidminer data and AI platform, you drive the vision and strategy that unlocks enterprise value through AI. You lead a cross-functional team to shape the product, align with platform direction, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You partner with senior leadership, marketing, and customers to define go-to-market approaches and ensure successful execution. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on product delivery in a hybrid, global environment.

Responsabilidades
• Demonstrated product leadership and ability to build a high-performing team
• Commercial, enterprise software market experience
• Deep understanding of data science, ML, AI, and hands-on familiarity with low-code/no-code tools or Python in enterprise settings
• Strong knowledge of data- and AI-focused enterprise software and related technologies
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
