Experteer Overview
In this role you support the establishment of vendor management processes and information flow, enabling effective collaboration between PSI teams and vendors. You will help optimize vendor identification, selection, contracting, and performance tracking, contributing to high-quality, cost-efficient external services. You’ll work with study teams to address vendor queries, develop KPIs, and contribute to quality systems. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Review external vendor quotations
• Maintain vendor databases and tracking systems
• Support vendor identification, assessment, vendor selection and approval processes
• Assist vendor contracting processes
• Educate vendors about PSI and maintain vendor relationships for high-quality services
• Review project-specific Vendor Management plans and support study teams with vendor queries
• Assist in development and implementation of quality systems and documents
• Develop vendor-specific KPIs and monitor performance
• Conduct training relevant to the vendor management department
Responsabilidades
• Around 1-3 years of clinical trials experience
• Preferably at least 1 year of industry experience in vendor management, proposal development, clinical trial operations, or business development working with vendors
• Good proficiency in MS Office applications
• Full working proficiency in English
• Interest and experience with project/customer related systems
