Experteer Overview
As Implementation Manager, you will drive the digitalization of Trade Finance customers by guiding eBanking implementations and providing Level 1 support. You will onboard clients, configure solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery within the CIB EMEA scope. This role combines hands-on technical onboarding with proactive stakeholder engagement to enable rapid, reliable client adoption. You join a team focused on transforming Trade Finance front-end experiences at BNP Paribas.

• Promote eBanking solutions: deliver live demos and support client onboarding

• Contract administration u0026 system registration: manage contracts, register systems, create user accounts,

• Operational support: resolve client queries, escalate incidents, and handle internal user-profile requests

Responsabilidades
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience (CF2 or CF3)
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic
• French proficiency is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of banking or Trade Finance is a plus
• Rigorous and organized, able to manage multiple parallel projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional discussions and perform Cold Calls
