Experteer Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist for Spain, you will be the analytical media expert driving incremental returns on media investments. You’ll collaborate with local creative and marketing teams to optimise ecosystems and post-click experiences. You’ll translate priorities into concrete media strategy, run experiments, and leverage data to improve funnels across channels. This role sits within Canva’s fast-paced, globally connected marketing team that blends creativity with measurement.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own day-to-day media buying, optimisation and pacing across multiple channels in Spain (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Translate Spain priorities into strategy and plans with Global Growth Marketing and Spain Country Team
• Set media mix, oversee budget allocation, and manage the experiment roadmap
• Partner with Data to run incrementality studies, calibrate MMMs, and use MMP data where appropriate
• Translate performance data into creative insights and share learnings with Growth Creative pods
• Manage creative rotation: scale top performers, pause low performers, flag refresh needs
• Evaluate audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies and run experiments




• Collaborate with Creative team to maximise TikTok Content Suite and best practices for modern formats
• Lead CRO cycles across channels and improve marketing systems with automation and AI tooling
• Work cross-functionally in a remote, multi-market environment and with Spanish language context

Responsabilidades

• Experience working with a creative team led by a strategist
• Experience improving funnels into Apps and Web products
• Comfortable working in a remote, multi-market environment
• Spanish and good English with market context
