Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive operational initiatives to improve execution rigor and performance across the HDNU Projects organization. You will balance hands-on data analysis, reporting, and senior stakeholder communication while collaborating with regional teams to standardize processes. The position offers global exposure and a path to shape project delivery at GE Vernova. You will lead data-driven improvements that support our mission to electrify and decarbonise the energy sector.

• Lead data analysis and reporting to support business reviews and decision-making
• Create and maintain a centralized training repository to boost project execution capabilities
• Expand and optimize the project catalogue tool with stakeholders
• Identify processes and QMS procedures for simplification and standardization
• Develop and deploy standard work for the HDNU Project organization
• Coordinate monthly cross-functional metrics reporting and ensure action follow-through
• Influence stakeholders across functions,



regions, and leadership levels
• Drive structured problem solving to enhance project execution effectiveness

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor/Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Ability to lead independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence in a matrixed environment
• Experience in process improvement, standardisation, and change management in a complex setting
• Strong ownership mindset and self-starting attitude
• Results-oriented with strong execution focus
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfort in fast-paced, global, cross-functional contexts across time zones
