Afin de renforcer notre équipe Finance, nous recherchons un(e) Junior Accountant motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et désireux(se) d'évoluer au sein d'un environnement international, dynamique et innovant.

Votre mission

En tant que Junior Accountant, vous apportez un support essentiel à l'équipe Finance et participez activement aux opérations comptables quotidiennes ainsi qu'aux processus de reporting et de conformité fiscale.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Controller et le Senior Accountant pour assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des informations financières de l'entreprise.

Vos responsabilités

Comptabilité générale & gestion quotidienne

- Encoder et suivre les opérations comptables (achats, ventes, banques et écritures diverses)
- Assurer la gestion des factures clients et fournisseurs
- Participer au suivi quotidien de la trésorerie
- Réaliser les réconciliations comptables nécessaires
- Collaborer avec les équipes Procurement, Logistics et Customer Service pour garantir la conformité des processus
- Participer à la préparation budgétaire annuelle

Reporting financier

- Contribuer aux clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles
- Préparer et compiler les données financières requises pour les rapports de gestion
- Coordonner la collecte d'informations auprès des différents départements
- Soutenir les demandes des auditeurs, banques et autorités compétentes

Fiscalité & conformité

- Préparer les déclarations TVA mensuelles
- Réaliser les déclarations intracommunautaires et autres obligations fiscales
- Participer à la préparation des audits financiers et fiscaux

Gestion de flotte automobile

- Participer à l'administration des véhicules de société
- Assurer les contacts avec les sociétés de leasing
- Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs concernant les véhicules




- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise à jour de la documentation liée à la flotte

Inventaires & contrôle

- Participer au suivi et au contrôle des stocks de matières premières, pièces de rechange et immobilisations
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et administratifs

Votre profil

- Bachelier en Comptabilité, Finance ou domaine similaire
- Première expérience en comptabilité, AP ou fiscalité
- Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et de la suite Microsoft 365
- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais professionnel
- Connaissance de SAP : un atout
- Autonome, rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve)
- Esprit d'amélioration continue et orientation solutions

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Junior Accountant who is eager to grow within an international, dynamic, and innovative environment.

Your Mission

As a Junior Accountant,



you will provide key support to the Finance team and actively contribute to daily accounting operations, financial reporting processes, and tax compliance activities.

You will work closely with the Controller and the Senior Accountant to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the company's financial information.

Your Responsibilities

General Accounting & Daily Operations

- Record and monitor accounting transactions (purchases, sales, bank transactions, and miscellaneous journal entries)
- Manage customer and supplier invoices
- Support daily cash flow monitoring and treasury activities
- Perform necessary account reconciliations
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure process compliance
- Contribute to the annual budget preparation process

Financial Reporting

- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Prepare and compile financial information required for management reporting
- Coordinate the collection of information from various departments
- Support requests from auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Tax & Compliance

- Prepare monthly VAT returns
- Complete Intrastat and other tax-related declarations
- Assist in the preparation of financial and tax audits

Company Car Fleet Management

- Support the administration of company vehicles
- Liaise with leasing companies
- Respond to employees' questions regarding company cars
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of fleet-related documentation

Inventory & Controls

- Participate in the monitoring and control of raw material inventories, spare parts, and fixed assets
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes

Your Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Initial experience in accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), or taxation
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
- Good command of professional English
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Continuous improvement mindset with a solution-oriented approach
