Copilot Adoption Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Copilot Adoption Specialist to drive the adoption, usage, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365.

The role focuses on enabling users, supporting business adoption, creating awareness around Copilot capabilities, and maximizing the value of AI-powered productivity solutions. The specialist will operate at the intersection of technology, user experience, training, and community engagement, acting as a key ambassador for Copilot solutions.

Responsibilities

Copilot Adoption & Community Management

- Build, manage, and animate user communities around Microsoft Copilot solutions.
- Drive engagement through communication initiatives, knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and user events.
- Act as a point of contact and ambassador for Copilot adoption across the organization.
- Promote best practices and encourage effective usage of Copilot capabilities.

User Enablement & Training

- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials adapted to different user profiles.
- Support users in understanding Copilot functionalities, use cases, and productivity benefits.
- Create and maintain onboarding materials, learning paths, tips, and best-practice documentation.

User Support & Operational Follow-up

- Provide functional support to users regarding Copilot usage and adoption challenges.
- Identify recurring user issues, adoption barriers, and improvement opportunities.
- Propose and implement actions to improve user experience and adoption levels.

Product Monitoring, Testing & Recommendations

- Monitor Microsoft Copilot product evolution, roadmap updates, and new capabilities.
- Test new Copilot functionalities and assess their business relevance.
- Prepare clear recommendations, reports, and adoption guidance based on new features.

Prompt Library Management

- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and promotion of a centralized Copilot prompt library.
- Identify, test, document, and optimize valuable prompts aligned with business needs.




- Encourage knowledge sharing and community contributions.

License Management & Adoption Insights

- Support monitoring and management of Copilot licenses.
- Analyze adoption trends and usage insights.
- Help ensure Copilot licenses are effectively leveraged and aligned with business priorities.

Mandatory Requirements

Languages

- Fluent written and spoken proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate professionally, deliver training sessions, and create documentation in all three languages.

Professional Experience

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience in a relevant technology, adoption, change management, digital workplace, or Microsoft ecosystem role.
- Proven experience supporting business users and working directly with stakeholders.
- Strong experience in user adoption, enablement, training, and community management.

Technical Expertise

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot solutions, including Microsoft Copilot Chat and Copilot for Microsoft 365.
- Ability to follow Microsoft Copilot product evolution and translate new capabilities into practical business use cases.
- Experience creating guidance, documentation, training content, and adoption strategies for Microsoft technologies.

Education

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field is preferred.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience with AI-related technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform AI Builder, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience working in an insurance or financial services environment.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or AI adoption initiatives.
