About the Role

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Executive Search team in Brussels. Working alongside Consultants, Associates, and other members of the search team, you will support board and executive-level search assignments, helping clients identify leaders for critical roles across a broad range of industries.

Combining research, analytical rigor, and market insight, you will contribute to the delivery of executive search assignments and support clients in making informed leadership decisions.

This role provides exposure to senior executives, diverse business sectors, and complex leadership challenges, while offering meaningful insight into how organizations identify and develop leadership talent.

Responsibilities

- Support the execution of senior-level executive search assignments.
- Conduct industry, company, and executive talent research to identify prospective candidates across markets and geographies.
- Develop talent maps and synthesize market, competitive, and leadership insights.
- Leverage research technologies and emerging tools to enhance search execution and insight generation.
- Prepare client-ready materials, including search strategies, market overviews, candidate profiles, and presentations.
- Support candidate outreach and engagement activities.
- Monitor leadership movements, succession trends, and evolving talent landscapes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across international offices on cross-border assignments.




- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and best-practice initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic record.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in consulting, research, executive search, talent advisory, professional services, or another analytical environment.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.

Preferred Experience / Interests

- Experience conducting research or market analysis.
- Interest in business, leadership, and executive search.
- International exposure or experience working across cultures.
- Fluency in French.
