The Mission & Your Autonomy

We need someone to launch and manage the social media channels we haven't touched yet (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shorts). You will be given complete freedom and total autonomy to execute this mission and try new strategies, though our team will always be right there to support and guide you.

By joining us, you will participate in a super exciting project within a quickly scaling startup dedicated to help ending textile landfills.

Top Success Criteria

- Inbound Leads: The content you publish across all different platforms should generate qualified B2B leads for our textile sorting solution.
- Awareness: Conitnue putting our automated sorting machine on the map and making it a recognized innovation in the industry.
- Creative Ownership: Independently building and running these channels from scratch.





Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing: Turn our raw machine and facility footage into high-retention/convertion short videos.
- Lead Gen Content: Create awareness posts, short articles, and snippets that attract clients.
- Account Management: Set up and grow our presence on new digital platforms.

Profile Needed

We value your portfolio and drive as much as formal degrees.

Video & Social Savy: Strong video editing skills and a deep understanding of platform trends.

Self-Starter: Highly autonomous, creative, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup.

Ambitious: Wants to contribute to an exciting project surrpunded by a young, dedicated and ambitious team.
