Your Responsibilities

- Drive day-to-day adoption, usage, and continuous improvement of Copilot Chat and Copilot for M365
- Build, manage, and animate user communities through regular communications and events
- Design and deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and best-practice materials
- Provide day-to-day functional support to users and resolve usage-related barriers
- Follow product roadmaps, test new features, and provide deployment recommendations
- Design, maintain, and promote a centralized, high-value prompt library
- Support the management, monitoring, and optimized allocation of Copilot licenses

Your Profile

- You have several years of experience with, and strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot systems
- You have AI development skills like Azure OpenAI, RAG, or Azure AI Search




- You’re fluent in English and Dutch
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
