- MAWM Operational Superuser provides secondlevel (L2) operational support for MAWM (WMS) within the distribution environment, ensuring continuity, stability, and efficiency of daytoday warehouse operations.
- This is a business asusual (BAU) role focused on resolving operational issues, maintaining process integrity, and driving adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), acting as the final operational escalation point before hand off to IT (L3) and as the bridge between operations and IT to ensure issues are clearly defined,
- resolved, and prevented.
- Operating within a live warehouse environment, the role serves as the primary L2 support for MAWM, ensuring rapid issue resolution to minimise disruption while working closely with warehouse (L1) users, IT (L3) teams, and process owners.
- The role does not own project delivery or system implementations but supports new code drops and system enhancements through user training, golive operational support, and the adoption of new functionality into BAU, including release stabilization activities.
