? What is your role?

- Identify business opportunities, build strategic action plans, and play a key role in accelerating our business expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve business strategy.
- Build and maintain client relationships through active involvement.
- Help grow and strengthen our team by supporting recruitment, talent development, and performance follow-up.
- Build and lead teams by providing guidance, mentorship,



and appropriate people management.

? Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- Had a first experience in business management, preferably in an engineering or technical services environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English AND Dutch or French.
