We are looking for an External Recruiter to support the sourcing and contracting of Time & Material external resources in a procurement-driven environment.
This is a temporary support mission until 31/03/2027, with evaluation at that point.
Work setup: Hybrid – Belgium, 50% on-site and 50% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support business managers in defining clear role descriptions to attract the right external profiles.
- Screen incoming CVs professionally and consistently, ensuring a strong quality/price balance.
- Formalize CV screening results to facilitate decision-making with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor open requests closely and align with managers on next steps when needed.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement, risk, and compliance guidelines.
- Contribute to the optimization of hiring processes and procedures.
- Manage administrative activities linked to the external hiring process.
Must-have requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience as Buyer/Recruiter.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the body-shopping / external staffing sourcing market.
- Commercial mindset when working with internal clients and suppliers.
- Fluent use of Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Dutch: good written and spoken communication skills.
- French: good written and spoken communication skills.
- English: strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong communication skills, diplomacy, proactivity, ownership, and ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
