Role & Responsibilities

As Digital Manager / CTO, you act as the digital leader across the group’s portfolio companies. You are responsible for the consistency, performance, and evolution of the digital ecosystem, including ERP systems, artificial intelligence, software development, and collaboration tools.

You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to define and drive a digital vision, contributing both at strategic level and through hands-on execution (automation, AI solutions, integrations, business tools).

Key responsibilities:

- Ensuring optimal selection and use of digital tools (ERP, AI solutions, collaboration platforms, business software)
- Raising IT maturity through best practices, code quality, testing, and architecture
- Designing and deploying automation and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Leading ERP implementation and continuous improvement across portfolio companies
- Ensuring robust technical foundations: infrastructure, hosting, cybersecurity, architecture, data management




- Managing and evaluating external vendors and technology partners

Success is measured by a scalable digital strategy, increased automation, improved user experience, strong cybersecurity, and sustainable, cost-effective technology platforms.

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Broad understanding of IT systems: architecture, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing
- 5–10 years of experience in IT leadership, automation, or ERP projects in SMEs
- Hands-on experience with AI-based solutions
- Based in Belgium, willing to travel across portfolio companies
- Strong English and French communication skills; Dutch is a strong asset
