The project:

Our client in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Project Leader Web to strengthen their team.

You will:

- Lead strategic cross-functional web projects aligned with the bank's technology roadmap and portfolio strategy.
- Define project scope, planning, business cases and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, deployment and change management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the expected quality standards.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, infrastructure teams and external partners.
- Drive feature definition and solution design with a strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Identify project risks, dependencies and opportunities, proposing mitigation plans and innovative solutions.
- Coordinate testing activities together with QA teams and business users, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide consolidated reporting to management and key stakeholders.
- Support the project team by removing impediments and facilitating effective decision-making.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement, engineering best practices and knowledge sharing across teams.

Is this you?

- Proven experience as a Project Leader, Project Manager or Delivery Lead within web development projects.




- Solid technical background in Web Development, either through software development or technical coordination.
- Good understanding of modern web technologies and software delivery processes.
- Experience within the Banking or Insurance sector is a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid).
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic and customer-centric digital solutions.
- Experience defining business cases, managing risks, budgets and project governance.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies and software quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
