Key Account Manager

Sundis is a French manufacturer and market leader in household storage and organization products — think boxes, bins, storage towers, trunks, cleaning and kitchen essentials (260+ references). Founded in 1978 near Lille, France, we generated €60.7M in net sales in 2025 and are now accelerating our international growth, with Benelux as priority markets.

As part of this expansion, we're looking for an entrepreneurial Key Account Manager, to build and own our presence in the Benelux retail landscape.

What you'll do

Business Development

- Prospect and open new retail accounts across Benelux
- Be visible in the field — regular visits to target retailers
- Respond to tenders from clients and prospects
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact to signature

Account Management

- Drive customer retention and grow existing accounts
- Adapt commercial content and strategy to local market specifics
- Feed field insights back to HQ to sharpen our go-to-market approach

Reporting

- Deliver structured, data-driven reporting to sales management

What you bring

- Based in Belgium,



with the flexibility to travel across Benelux for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management (or equivalent)
- 5+ years' experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in retail / FMCG / consumer goods
- Fluent Dutch or Flemish and English; French is a strong asset
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in the field while staying closely aligned with HQ
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
