Freelance Master Data Analyst

Location: West Flanders, Belgium

Work Arrangement: Full time, Hybrid 2 days from home

The Opportunity

For an innovative company in West Flanders, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Master Data Analyst to strengthen the data and digital transformation team. In this role, you will take ownership of the company's master data landscape, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable data while driving automation and reporting initiatives across multiple business domains.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of master data across the organization.
- Support master data governance and establish best practices for data management.
- Build and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes using automation and AI technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across different departments, including logistics and other operational teams.




- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
- Continuously improve data processes and drive operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Master Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience with SQL
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
- Affinity with automation or AI-driven process improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
