Role Description

THE MOCKTAIL CLUB is seeking a Head of Commercial for an on-site and full-time role located in Antwerp. In this position, you will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies, manage relationships with key partners, and identify growth opportunities. You will oversee and drive business planning, analyze market trends, develop pricing strategies, and ensure revenue and profit goals are achieved. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial team to foster high performance and collaboration while ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Commercial Management to design and implement strategic initiatives and revenue-driving activities




- Solid Analytical Skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights that can guide decision-making and market strategy
- Proven experience in Team Management, including mentoring, guiding, and leading a high-performing team
- Proficiency in Finance to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and create forecasts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to anticipate market trends and business challenges
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
