Your role as Import & Logistics Officer

Within our team, you play a key role in our international supply chain. You ensure that import shipments are handled smoothly and accurately, while looking beyond day-to-day operations. You identify opportunities to simplify, automate and future-proof our processes through digitalisation and AI.

Job description

- Coordinate international import shipments from A to Z.
- Manage and verify customs and import documentation.
- Monitor delivery schedules and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments.
- Process logistics documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Support export activities where required.
- Follow up customer or logistics-related issues and contribute to sustainable solutions.
- Maintain ISO procedures and AEO documentation.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.




- Explore AI applications and digital tools to improve administrative and logistics workflows.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance teams.

Who are you?

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Experience in import, logistics or international trade is an advantage, but motivation and willingness to learn are equally important.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
- You work accurately and in a structured manner with strong attention to detail.
- You have a hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- You have a genuine interest in digitalisation, process optimisation and AI.
- You quickly adapt to new systems and digital tools.
- You work independently while being a strong team player.
- You thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
