Position: IT Support Engineer / Service Management

Location: Reckitt Benckiser Belgium

Boulevard Industriel 13B, 1070 Brussels, Anderlecht, Belgium

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- IT Service Management operations with End User Computing and Deskside Support
- Desktop support and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting
- SCCM, Ivanti, and Microsoft Intune deployments
- Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
- Patch management and software/package installations
- Conference room devices support (Polycom, Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, cameras, touch panels, monitors, etc.)
- Antivirus, Windows updates, and feature pack management
- Remote support tools (RDP, iDRAC, iLO, IP Phones)
- Printer troubleshooting and file restoration
- IT Asset Inventory and Laptop Lifecycle Management
- Housekeeping activities (profile archiving, space reclamation)
- Software installation and reinstallation
- ITIL Service Management knowledge
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
