To strengthen its recruitment team, ALTEN Belgium is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern, starting in September for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Your role
Under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager, you will support the recruitment team in the selection and follow-up of our future consultants and engineers.
Recruitment
- Review and screen CVs received through different recruitment platforms and channels.
- Assess candidates' profiles according to the job requirements and provide feedback on applications.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking tools.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment activities when needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Work Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent in French, and a good command of English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Enjoying working in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
