Role name - Senior Test Lead – Change Management

Experience - 8–10 years

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the adoption of Behaviour Driven Development, automation-first testing, and shift-left/shift-right practices
- Defining and implementing a change adoption strategy across multiple squads
- Driving the transition from traditional QA to a quality engineering model
- Designing and scaling BDD frameworks using tools such as Cucumber and SpecFlow
- Defining enterprise test automation strategies, including API-first testing and continuous testing
- Standardising automation tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Playwright and REST Assured




- Aligning testing approaches and quality gates across Agile teams
- Establishing quality engineering Communities of Practice
- Integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab or Azure DevOps
- Defining and tracking metrics such as automation coverage, defect leakage, cycle time and deployment frequency
- Providing governance and senior stakeholder reporting on transformation progress

The adecuado candidate should have strong experience in test management, quality engineering, BDD, automation frameworks, test architecture, Agile delivery and DevOps integration.
