- Demonstrable experience as a business analyst - 3 Years - Mid-level - Must have
- Demonstrable experience within the energy sector and knowledge of collaboration models and synergies within a complex organizational context - 3 Years - Mid-level - Must have
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating workshops - Must have
- Demonstrable experience with the development and optimization of business processes (BPM) - Must have
- The candidate can demonstrate during the interview that he/she possesses the necessary knowledge of synergies within utility companies - Must have
- The candidate describes in a maximum of one A4 page why he/she is immediately up and running for this assignment and can convincingly explain his/her suitability and added value - Must have




- The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that they possess the necessary agility, proactivity, and solution-orientedness - Must have
- The candidate can demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills during an interview - Must have
- Language requirement: Dutch-speaking at European CEFR level C2 - Must have
- Demonstrable experience within Change mgt (training, training materials, ...) - Should have
- Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management - Should have
- The candidate holds a higher education degree (bachelor or master) with a technical or engineering background and uploads the diploma. - Should have
