THE JOB

Would you like to train and support healthcare professionals in the use of medical equipment? Are you passionate about medical technology and do you enjoy sharing your knowledge? Are you also solution-oriented and a strong communicator?

Then you are our new Clinical Application Specialist!

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for clients when it comes to technical product specifications within the haemodialysis and extracorporeal treatment sector. You’ll train healthcare professionals, support your colleagues in sales and marketing, and build long-term relationships with hospitals. Thanks to your expertise and enthusiasm, you’ll help our clients get the most out of our devices.

- Deliver product training to healthcare professionals and guide them in the use of our equipment, using role-plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos or lectures.
- Organise and facilitate additional training sessions and demonstrations.
- Develop manuals and training materials (such as videos, presentations and handouts).
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of training programmes.
- Build a sustainable collaboration and partnership with hospitals.
- Support Account Managers in the sales process as a ‘product specialist’.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to existing and potential customers.




- Monitor trends and innovations in the sector and share them with the marketing team.
- enhancing our company’s visibility and reputation at events.

YOUR PROFILE

- You hold a nursing qualification.
- Ideally, you have experience as a dialysis nurse, and experience as a product specialist is a strong advantage.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of hospital organisations, including their structure, processes and procedures.
- Flexibility is in your DNA: you can easily adapt your schedule where necessary.
- Ideally, you are bilingual in Dutch and French. Candidates with a strong professional command of one of these languages and a good grounding in the other, combined with the motivation to develop their skills further, are also eligible.
- You have strong communication skills and are clear and persuasive. You inspire healthcare staff about our products in a natural and engaging way.
- You think creatively and enjoy seeking innovative solutions.
- You are an independent and professional team player.
- You have excellent organisational skills and are able to work efficiently on projects and set priorities.
- You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality and are willing to work throughout Belgium.
